Seaside Port for VASmalltalk

This is NOT an official version for VA 8.5.2. I created this version with additional stuff from the FileLibrary (from Pharo Seaside 3.0.7) area
to be able to make JQM 1.1.1 development possible.

Therefore use on your own risc ! Not tested if my changes breaks anything.
